Focus of PracticeGinger's specialty is trauma recovery: PTSD, childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Ginger has experience with families, individuals, couples dealing with the following issues:
With special emphasis on co-dependency issues, childhood sexual abuse recovery, self care, and boundaries. Ginger works with all ages, and has extensive experience in building rapport with adolescents. She also has many years of work experience with foster care, domestic violence, and homelessness issues. If you are dealing with any of these issues, you may find counseling beneficial.
Education: Ginger graduated from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a degree in Psychology and obtained her Masters in Social Work degree from Our Lady of the Lake University. She has the highest clinical license available in her field. She has been certified as a trainer in the Relational Healing Model. Her professional affiliations include the National Association of Social Workers. Ginger is also a member of the Christian Business Chamber of Commerce and The Association of Biblical Counselors. | ||||||||
